 In the last 28 years, efforts are focused toward  HR interventions and Development Sector through contributions in Social Work Education, Practice and Corporate Social Responsibility. Expertise in CSR Policy making, system for monitoring of the projects, Due diligence and Evaluation of the project proposals, preparing proposals for Govt. funds convergence, Project design and execution, CSR budget and Annual reports, Impact Assessment and Exit Strategy. Execution of CSR awards and being jury member at Gujarat CSR Authority.  Privilege of working with Govt. of Gujarat undertaking company, leading the CSR team.   

Experience of conducting Vision mapping workshops for the departments as well as with individual employees for developing objectives along with planning of yearly targets with performance indicators and Budget. Can take up any special customized training /workshops on request.

Currently based in Vadodara, Gujarat. Certified POSH Trainer and Consultant and External IC member for Industries, Founder Member & Advisor of WICCI Gujarat CSR Council. Have been nominated for the Jr. Research Award at the International Psycho geriatric Association Congress 2015, at Berlin, Germany.  Member of organizing committee at international conference by International Federation of Psychiatric Epidemiology at Bergen Norway on 7 - 10 Oct 2015 from India. Credit translation of India Dementia Report 2010 in Gujarati Language. The only one from Gujarat to be recognized as 101 most impactful CSR Leaders of India and was awarded citation on 18th February 2019 by World CSR forum.

Received Best overall Paper Presentation Award organised by silver age 2019, IFA United Nations and centre for global health at Zhejiang University, China at International conference on Gerontology and Geriatrics medicine on 12-13th September 2019 at Colombo, Sri Lanka. She was instrumental in getting the Devdoot Award by Spark News for the Faculty of Social Work, Parul University s for extending support to District Authorities for the recent Flood Relief Work in the City of Vadodara. Under her leadership, Faculty of Social Work was recently recognized and awarded Top Institute of Social Work, under the category of Innovative Teaching Approach and Quality Education for the year 2020 by Beginup group Eduawards.
