Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd in Gurugram.

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing online support, delivering technical support, and creating a positive customer service experience.


Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Technical Support, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Experience in providing online and technical support is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
