Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand project requirements and user needs.
Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
Design user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Provide design support and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Portfolio of previous design projects showcasing a strong understanding of usercentered design principles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and web standards.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
