Position Overview:

As an Opera Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Opera property management system.

You will manage, troubleshoot, and optimize the system to effectively support the operations of our major hotel franchises.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daytoday administration of the Opera property management system.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels to ensure security and data integrity.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and enhance system efficiency.
Configure and customize the Opera system to meet specific property requirements.
Provide technical support to endusers and resolve systemrelated issues promptly.
Conduct regular system audits and perform data quality checks.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of Opera software updates and new features.
Train new employees on using the Opera system and provide ongoing training as needed.
Participate in system upgrades and implementations, ensuring a smooth transition.
Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, areas of improvement, and operational insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent work experience.
34 years of experience as an Opera Administrator in the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in working with the Opera property management system.
Strong technical aptitude and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Pay:
₹13, ₹51,974.48 per month
