About Us:


Role Overview:

As a BPO Back Office Executive at Ecorgy Solutions, you'll play an integral role. Your responsibilities include managing back-office operations, leveraging analytical skills for data management, and ensuring efficient time management.


Responsibilities:


  • Efficiently manage backoffice operations and associated nonvoice processes.
  • Organize clinician visit schedules based on the prescribed frequency.
  • Extract relevant information from incoming referrals or requests for assignment purposes.
  • Manage and address clinician inquiries within designated patient groups.
  • Monitor patient enquiries and responding on time.
  • Coordinate with clinicians to arrange additional disciplines and lab tests required for patients.
  • Organize and update patient or case records in a secure filing system.
  • Accurately input patient or case details into designated databases.
  • Show accountability and adhere to the "do it right first time" concept
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in nonvoice process in the BPO industry.
  • Proficient in MS-Excel and with good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent English communication skills and efficient responsive behavior.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Willing to work night shift (10:30 PM to 7:30 AM) from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.

₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • US shift
