Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into visually appealing and functional designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to continually improve the user experience.
Create eyecatching and effective visual assets for both digital and print platforms.
Design marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, and promotional materials.
Ensure consistency in branding across all design elements.
Develop interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and user flows.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and endusers.
Work closely with the marketing team to create visually compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.
Keep abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.
Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Produce
short videos and reels that captivate and resonate with our target audience.
Utilize video editing tools and software to enhance visual appeal and storytelling.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content that supports promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UI & Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and video creation skills.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and video editing tools.
Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices.
Ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing and easytounderstand designs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Uptodate knowledge of industry trends and tools.
