Description
Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in IVR testing.Knowledge on Genesys contact center architecture.
Strong in IVR automation testing.
Strong understanding of Call flow designs.
Good understanding of agile methodology.
Hands on experience on IVR testing using Cyara.
Good Communication skills.
Should be in strong in documenting the test cases and related documents.
Strong understanding of contact centre architecture
Nice to have Techincal Skills.
Hands on experience in troubleshooting the issues independently.
