Job Description :
8 to 10+ years of extensive experience in Remedy Workflow development.

Proficiency in BMC Remedy Application development is essential.
Strong understanding of the functional and design aspects of the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite.
Experience with BMC products like DWP (Digital Workplace), Helix platform, HSSO (Helix Single Sign-On) is preferred.
Prior experience in developing enterprise software products.
Familiarity with developing/accessing Web Services, including indepth knowledge of SOAP & REST protocols.
Web development experience using JavaScript/JSON is an added advantage.
Good understanding of troubleshooting multilayered applications.
Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborating effectively with remote teams.
Utilize extensive experience in Remedy Workflow development to design and implement robust solutions for various business processes and requirements.
Lead BMC Remedy application development efforts, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards to meet business needs effectively.
Collaborate with teams to integrate BMC products such as DWP, Helix platform, and HSSO, leveraging their functionalities to enhance the overall IT service management ecosystem.
