Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing objectives.

  • Plan content calendars and campaigns aligned with the overall marketing plan.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging and highquality content (text, images, videos) for all social media platforms.
  • Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and guidelines.
  • Increase followers and engagement rates across social media platforms.
  • Foster strong relationships with the audience by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and managing online communities.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Implement innovative tactics to keep the brand relevant and ahead of competitors.
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage influencer and brand ambassador programs.
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify brand messages.
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support broader business objectives.
  • Monitor social media channels for potential issues or crises.
  • Develop and implement strategies for timely and effective crisis communication.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on social media best practices and tools.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and knowledge enhancement.

Pay:
₹8, ₹16,000.00 per month
