*Responsibilities: - Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and increase market share.

  • Manage online sales channels such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Aza, Pernia's Pop-Up Shop, etc.
  • Optimize product listings, including A+ content, to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging campaigns and promotions.
  • Implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with platform requirements, policies, and regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends in ecommerce.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
*Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Deep knowledge of online retail platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Aza, Pernia's Pop-Up Shop, etc.
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns, coupons, A+ listing, and other ecommerce features.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
