Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle and monitor various types of calling viz: Awareness, Overdue, Promotional, Special Event, Insurance Renewal, Retention and exit calling Generating leads through above callings
- Manage & Monitor CRM for final closures
- Coordination with internal departments for timely and correct resolution to the customer
- Handle a team of executives and their productivity as per the desired goals of the organization Preparation of MIS.
Qualification:
Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
