Roles and Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design:
Develop visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for digital platforms.

Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Interaction Design:
Create engaging and seamless interactions through animations, transitions, and microinteractions.
Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing.

Visual Design:
Develop visually appealing graphics, icons, and illustrations aligned with the overall design aesthetic.
Ensure designs are accessible and responsive across various devices and screen sizes.

Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing professionals.
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, providing clear explanations and justifications for design decisions.
Participate in design critiques and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Industry Awareness:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in UI/UX design.
Continuously expand knowledge and skills through professional development and self-learning.
Share insights and best practices with the team to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Salary:
From ₹500,000.00 per year
