Description

Role Title:
Microsoft D365 F&O System Administrator


Mandate:


  • Work closely and effectively with our internal clients (Arganauts), providing
troubleshooting, analysis and assessing solutions bringing support based on our Tech

Platform implementation.

  • Provide support administering Argano's Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology platform

Key Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot and resolve client care tickets at the senior consultant level:
  • Review inbound cases
  • Actively chase and track updates on work from internal customers
  • Ensure progression and escalate as required
  • Responsible for the analysis, configuration, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics
365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)

  • Support D365 F&O features including but not limited to System / Workflows /
Configuration (including UI form development) / Security (including User Management) /

Reporting dashboards

  • Create and Maintain D365 F&O Environments / Batch Jobs / Security Roles. (Security Roles
Assignment) / Business Process Workflow

  • Managing DevOps Pipeline & Task
  • Managing the code movement between environments
  • Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve D365 F&O Issues.
  • Managing the code deployment from QA, UAT & Production environments
  • Help team ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with developers, integrators, and business partners for system enhancements
upgrades

  • Skilled with knowledge transfers handoffs (e.g., support transition knowledge)
  • Ability to support troubleshoot complex integrations and data

Requirements:


  • Five (5)+ years of experience in D365 F&O Application Support
  • Knowledge on Project Management or Ticketing System (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA,
ServiceNow)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective multitasker who can work on a variety of competing tasks at the same time

Desirable:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or
related field

  • Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zones
  • Microsoft D365 Certification MB300
  • Working knowledge of Power Platform
  • Experience providing Managed services
