JOB SUMMARY:

  • Work with each technology platform to input details of projects and opportunities wins
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to facilitate project surveys to customers
  • After Go-Live of projects, create and initiate the technology survey
  • Work with the team to alert the client for execution
  • Inform Marketing on the completed project to complete case study documentation
  • Track & own the completion of obtaining case study information to support marketing efforts work with Project team and Marketing
  • Upon closing of a sales deal coordinate the collection of the winwire data for marketing to release winwire communications
  • Monitor, review, and allocate funding from technology providers to correct line of business within Argano
  • Ensure revenue claims match revenue received
  • Generate reporting to reflect funding details
  • Assist in any administrative needs of the alliance team
  • Provide monthly reporting on progress, roadblocks to Alliance VP and Tower Leadership

Required Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

  • Highly motivated, selfstarter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and activities
  • Excellent time management skills, wellorganized, consistently meet commitments, and strong attention to detail
  • Customer serviceoriented attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong communication across verbal and written correspondence
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new system functionality
  • Experience in training and assistance using various technology platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to be highly effective in a virtual team organization
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a constantly changing environment with limited direction
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to provide monthly status updates on progress of initiatives and tasks

Additional Qualifications & Skills

  • 35+ years' experience in Sales Operations (preferably within the enterprise software business
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zones
