    In this role, you will:
    • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to the organization's objectives, processes, and systems.
    • Act as an advisor to more experienced leaders in developing risk mitigation strategies for CPG.
    • Engage with all levels of roles across the business group, and serve as an experienced advisor in designing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, business processes, and controls that mitigate risks and address regulatory requirements
    • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leaders on implementing innovative and significant business solutions for highly complex risks associated with business operations. Provide guidance and training to employees on risk awareness, control procedures, and best practices.
    • Design and implement control procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
    • Perform regular audits and reviews of existing controls to evaluate their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of new initiatives, projects, or changes on risk exposure and control environment.
    • Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and control metrics to track trends, deviations, and emerging risks.
    • Investigate incidents, breaches, or control failures to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to ensure that the organization remains proactive in managing risks.
    • Prepare and present risk reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
    Required Qualifications:
    • 10+ years of Business Execution, risk management, internal audit, or controls-related roles within a corporate environment or consulting firm or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
    Desired Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA, CRISC) preferred.
    • Strong understanding of risk management methodologies, control frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT), and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify, assess, and prioritize risks and controls effectively.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Integrity, ethics, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality
