Roles & Responsibilities
- Employee MIS maintenance
- Tracker updation and maintenance
- PIP, hiring, PTM etc
- Rewards and Recognition management for the business teams
- Contract employee management
- Monthly Payroll inputs
- Organize various leader and employee connect sessions like town halls, FGDs, and other such meetings
- Drive employee engagement activities
- Other adhoc ops/tracking/data maintenance activities for the teams
- Organizing and tracking induction process
- Management of various employee lifecycle processes on Successfactors/relevant systems (Exit, Rewards, system changes etc)
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 years of relevant experience in HR
- Analytical skills and ability to understand data and patterns
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in MS Excel
