Description
1.

Develop and implement operational strategies:
Create and execute strategies, policies, and procedures to improve overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Process optimization:
Identify areas for process improvement, streamline workflows, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.


  • Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with different departments, such as sales, finance, and production, to ensure seamless communication, efficient workflows, and timely completion of projects.

Inventory management:

Oversee inventory control, monitor stock levels, and implement inventory optimization techniques to maintain adequate inventory levels and minimize costs.


Vendor management:

Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor performance to optimize cost, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services.


Quality assurance:
Implement quality control measures to ensure products or services meet the required standards and customer expectations

Leadership and team management:
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, promote teamwork, and foster a positive work culture.

MS Office, Excel experience & Bachelor's degree will be preferred

Proven experience in operations management or a similar role

Strong knowledge of operational processes, supply chain management, and inventory control

Job Types:

Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:

₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Fixed shift
  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
