Job Description for Regional Service Coordinator
-
Role/Job ResponsibilitiesTake care of warranty & AMC services & support activities.

  • Daily & monthly attendance of South Branches to HO.
  • Analyze & Close Pending service calls report & send to HO.
  • Prepares and analysis reports for internal approval
  • Assessing the service needs of clients and linking them to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ensure adequate, timely & costeffective services.
  • Monitor the quality of all services being provided and identify areas that need improvements.
  • Open to close calls closely loop.
  • Managing timely material requirements of customers.
  • Coordination with internal & external team within timeline.
  • Ensure customer complaints & queries are met urgently.
  • Follow up with courier for timely delivery.
  • Participate in regular meetings.

Requirements:


  • Service oriented and selfmotivated, consistently performing with a high sense of urgency
  • Strong record keeping and analytical skills. Ability to handle pressure
  • Preferred experience with service industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and an ability to establish and maintain relationships with partners, attorneys, finance staff, clients, and third party vendors.
  • Strong customer satisfaction / skills knowledge

Experience:
Min 3 years of professional work experience as a service coordinator
