Profile Introduction:


Join our dynamic team as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company's image and maintaining positive relationships with the public, media, and stakeholders.

As a PRO, you'll utilize your exceptional communication skills and strategic thinking to enhance our brand reputation and ensure effective communication across various channels.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement PR strategies to promote our company's mission, products, and services.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media personnel, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage.
  • Create engaging press releases, articles, and other media materials to disseminate key messages.
  • Organize and coordinate press conferences, interviews, and events to maximize media exposure.
  • Monitor media coverage and social media channels, addressing any negative publicity or misinformation promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to align PR initiatives with overall company objectives.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the company during media interactions and public appearances.
  • Prepare executives and spokespersons for media interviews and public speaking engagements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns through metrics such as media impressions, sentiment analysis, and brand visibility.

Requirements:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in media monitoring tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in crisis management and handling sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for PR campaigns.
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and travel as needed.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing public relations activities.
  • Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
