job Description:
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at UTL IT Solutions Pvt.

Ltd., you will be responsible for leading our technical vision, strategy, and execution to drive innovation and deliver world-class IT solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technological direction, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.

Innovation Leadership:
Drive innovation initiatives to foster creativity, explore emerging technologies, and enhance product offerings.

Team Leadership:
Provide strong leadership to the technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.

Product Development:
Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely releases.

Technology Stack Evaluation:
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, frameworks, and tools to optimize performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate technical risks, vulnerabilities, and challenges, proactively addressing issues to ensure smooth operations.

Partnership and Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive innovation, strategic alliances, and business growth.

Compliance and Security:

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and data security protocols, safeguarding the integrity and confidentiality of information.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Chief Technology Officer or similar.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading technology teams and driving innovation.
  • Deep technical expertise across a wide range of technologies, platforms, and frameworks.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud computing technologies is desirable.
