We are 36 room property located near Gorai Beach, Mumbai.
We serve mainly to corporate customers for their conference requirements as well as retail customers like couples, families, large groups, weddings, etc.
Job description
- Assisting in the food preparation process (Indian, Chinese, Continental, Italian)
- Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes
- Preparing vegetables, meats and fish
- Assisting other Chefs
- Helping with deliveries and restocking
- Assisting with stock rotation
- Cleaning stations
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
- Hotel Management degree is not compulsory but will be an added advantage
- Experience: Minimum 2 years and above
- Preference: Chefs / Commis / Helpers from Garhwal / Uttarakhand / Rajasthan / North India
- Knowledge of Maharashtrian / Gujrati / South Indian / any other Indian cuisine will be an added advantage
Salary:
₹9, ₹15,000.00 per month

- Bhayandar, Mumbai , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
