Job Location:

Santacruz West, Mumbai


Job Profile:


  • Efficiently managing queries and concerns of the academy customers and providing them appropriate solutions.
  • Maintaining end to end MIS of student's data on excel sheets and Ajivasan software and on Excel sheets.
  • Making monthly exit calls and maintaining MIS for the same.
  • Responsible for the retention of customers in the academy.
  • Responsible for monthly fee follow ups & collections

Other Attributes:


  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication in English, Hindi & Marathi
  • Hand On experience in Microsoft word, excel & powerpoint

Minimum Qualification:

Graduation


Working Days & Hours:

Monday to Saturday: 10AM to 7PM

On the days of the events, the working days & timings will be kept flexible. Also, overtime / working on a Sunday will be compensated in the very next week.


Experience:

Freshers or Minimum 1 year of relevant experience


Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
