Telecaller Executive


Job Profile:


  • Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales for Ajvasan Music Academy.
  • Forging strong relationships with clients/students.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on business growth & financial gain.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Invoice management.
  • Maintaining MIS and Customer Relationship Management.
  • Daytoday coordination with clients, teachers, students, and their parents.
  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing students.
  • Managing relevant workshops & events.

Other Attributes:


  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication in English, Hindi & Marathi
  • Handson experience in Microsoft word, excel & powerpoint
  • Should be a gogetter and willing to travel within the city.

Minimum Qualification:


  • Graduation

Working Days & Hours:

Monday To Saturday: 10 AM to 7 PM

On the days of the events, the working days & timings will be kept flexible. Also, overtime / working on a Sunday will be compensated in the very next week.


Experience:


  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Fresher's with good communication & knowledge of music can apply

Salary:


  • Best as per industry standards.
  • Office workrelated travel expenses would be reimbursed.
  • Office phone and SIM will be provided for all official communication.
  • Performance Linked incentives

Salary:

₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
