Job Description and Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for management and oversight of the assigned FX Payments process including support to team, stakeholders and partners
  • Understanding of the payments and associated process (i.e. Funding, Fraud etc.) which will be required for managing escalations
  • Define and track performance of individuals in the team along with coaching them for performance where necessary
  • Define and implement effective controls to ensure timely escalation of issues and breaks for speedy resolution
  • Ensure all standard operation procedures are updated and being reviewed periodically for changes
  • Ensure sufficient internal controls and procedures to minimize risk able to drive the risks and controls agenda
  • Manage the weekly metrics outstanding numbers by preempting breaks and own the updates of every outstanding break
  • Stay updated with the changes and advancements in the industry which will be impacting our operations in terms of changes to process, system or technology
  • Keep the team motivated to overachieve and delver service alpha to our clients
  • Generate reports, metrics and insights and share them with the senior management and stake holders
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and areas of improvements
  • Manage projects for enhancement of STP rate and automation initiatives for the team

Required Skills and Experience

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (e.g. MBA, MSc, M.Com, MCA, etc.) preferred
  • Should have at least 8 years Cash Operations/Product experience
  • Should have at least 4 Years of People Management experience (including managing people remotely)
  • Should have prior experience of working in a dynamic work environment taking ownership and accountability
  • Experienced in coaching individuals to drive performance
  • Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word other advanced skills preferred)
  • Understanding of Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau etc.)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to implement and manage change across direct units as well as remote units
  • Datadriven leader who can analyze data generate insights based on the data and communicate with senior management in an effective way
