Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:


  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolution of issues.

Product Knowledge:


  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Stay updated on product changes, updates, and new features.

Problem Resolution:


  • Identify and analyze customer problems, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
  • Provide feedback on common customer issues to improve product or service quality.

Collaboration:


  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions.

Customer Education:


  • Educate customers on the use and benefits of our products.
  • Provide guidance and training as needed.

Feedback Handling:


  • Collect and document customer feedback.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes.

Salary:
₹14, ₹16,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • Secondary(10th Pass) (required)
