Responsibilities:


  • Plan and conduct engaging and interactive spoken English classes for students of varying proficiency levels.
  • Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials to meet the specific needs and goals of individual students.
  • Evaluate students' language skills through assessments and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
  • Create a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages active participation and language fluency.
  • Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records of attendance and performance, and communicate with parents or guardians as needed.
  • Stay updated with language teaching methodologies, resources, and industry trends to enhance teaching effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to contribute to curriculum development and program improvement initiatives.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in teaching spoken English to students of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels.
  • Excellent command of the English language with clear pronunciation and grammar skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
  • Passion for teaching and helping students achieve language fluency and confidence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with language teaching methodologies, resources, and technologyenhanced learning is a plus.
