We are hiring Customer Care Executive.


Location:
Mahape, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.


Job description:
A customer service associate manages customer concerns with the objective of maintaining positive customer relationships with an organization. Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.

Providing information about products and services, taking/canceling orders, and recording details of complaints.

Educational Requirement:
H.S.(12th) or Any graduate.


Salary: 11,000-18,000 per month

Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Rotational shift
