Roles & Responsibilities:


  • As a senior IT engineer, you have to work with the respective stakeholders for IT related

- issues.
  • Take ownership of end users issues reported and see problems through to resolution
  • Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.
  • Installing and configuring networking hardware and software components such as
- routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and other network devices.
  • Work with other tech teams and departments to integrate network infrastructure with
  • Creating and maintaining detailed network documentation, including network diagrams,
- configurations, and operational procedures.- patches, and firmware upgrades to network devices.
  • Provide remote support to work from home users via Anydesk and TeamViewer remote
- software


Key Requisites:


  • Should have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field,and also CCNA
- certificate would be an advantage.
  • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems, laptops, and networks.

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues and resolve the issue on

- time.
  • Must be familiar with TCP/IP framework,and DNS, DHCP, TCP/UDP protocols, and port
- forwarding whitelisting source and destination networks.
  • Basic knowledge of telephony services, i.e SIP/PRI and media gateways, and should
- know the troubleshooting steps in case of outages.
  • Knowledge of LaN/WaN/PaN network architecture and should be able to resolve network
- related issues using basic network commands.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
