Roles & Responsibilities:

As a senior IT engineer, you have to work with the respective stakeholders for IT related

- issues.

Take ownership of end users issues reported and see problems through to resolution
Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.
Installing and configuring networking hardware and software components such as

- routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and other network devices.

Work with other tech teams and departments to integrate network infrastructure with
Creating and maintaining detailed network documentation, including network diagrams,

- configurations, and operational procedures.- patches, and firmware upgrades to network devices.

Provide remote support to work from home users via Anydesk and TeamViewer remote

- software

Key Requisites:

Should have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field,and also CCNA

- certificate would be an advantage.

Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues and resolve the issue on

- time.

Must be familiar with TCP/IP framework,and DNS, DHCP, TCP/UDP protocols, and port

- forwarding whitelisting source and destination networks.

Basic knowledge of telephony services, i.e SIP/PRI and media gateways, and should

- know the troubleshooting steps in case of outages.

Knowledge of LaN/WaN/PaN network architecture and should be able to resolve network

- related issues using basic network commands.
