Responsibilities

As a senior product designer at Simpl, your responsibilities include: Talk to users Build deep consumer empathy to understand underlying human needs, motivations & struggles Generate deep consumer insight Define jobstobedone by the product Create sketches, wireframes, prototypes to conduct user research and gather feedback Translate user research into jobs to be done (practicality over sophistication)Convert abstract product requirements into understandable story boards Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency Ship fast, learn and iterate Overcommunicate with product/engineering about the scope, timelines and set expectations
Qualifications
At least 27 years of experience designing into B2C/product set up. Bachelors/Masters in Design / Industrial design. Student of mental models and human biases.
