- To prepare and check the bioanalytical SOP.
- To prepare and check method STP, method validation reports, analytical study reports, and BE protocols.
- To perform and check the calibration of the pH meter and micro balance on a daily basis.
- To plan and perform the preventive maintenance and calibration of instruments in a bioanalytical laboratory.
- To check the record of analytical columns, analytical weights, and working standards.
- To maintain and check the biomedical waste, housekeeping and pest control records.
- To prepare and check of bioanalytical documents, SOP, LNB, STP, Protocols, Reports.
- Operation of LC-MS/MS instrument and generation of chromatograms and review of the result data.
- To prepare the PK profile.
- Communication with QA for verification of SOP, STP, Protocol, validation and analytical reports and other related activities.
- Handling compliance activities for internal and inprocess audits by QA.
- Handling of deviation, incidence, and change control related activities.
- To give the training of SOPs, STPs, and study protocol.
- To prepare and check all Bioanalytical documents.
