    Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer


    Job Description:
    We are currently looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to become part of our dynamic team.     As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will work closely with various teams to spot issues, create test plans, and find solutions to deliver top-notch software to our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Test Planning and Strategy Development:

    • Work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to grasp project requirements.
    • Create detailed test plans and strategies for thorough testing coverage.
    • Establish test objectives, scope, and deliverables for each project.

    Test Execution:

    • Develop and run test cases and scripts based on project requirements.
    • Perform various types of testing to uncover defects and areas for enhancement.
    • Conduct both manual and automated testing using standard industry tools.

    Defect Management:

    • Spot, prioritize, and document defects utilizing issue tracking systems.
    • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and fix issues promptly.
    • Analyze root causes of defects and suggest preventive actions.

    Quality Assurance Process Improvement:

    • Continuously enhance the QA process for better efficiency.
    • Suggest and implement best practices to streamline testing.
    • Contribute to automated testing frameworks and tools.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to align on project goals.
    • Share test results, progress, and quality metrics with stakeholders.
    • Participate in project meetings to offer valuable insights.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Demonstrated experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer in software projects.
    • Deep understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
    • Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive test plans and cases.
    • Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, Appium, etc.
    • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methods.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and task prioritization.
    • Great communication and collaboration skills.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are advantageous.
