    About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a lead generation community strategy to engage with potential customers and increase conversions.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers within existing communities, including social media, forums, and other online platforms.
  • Create and manage new communities that align with the brand's target audience, and drive engagement and conversions.
  • Develop and publish compelling content that resonates with the community and drives engagement and leads.
  • Foster a sense of community among members by creating opportunities for them to connect and collaborate.
  • Measure and analyze community engagement metrics to track the success of lead generation initiatives and make datadriven decisions.
  • Act as the voice of the community within the organization, representing the community's interests and feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure that the brand's community strategy is innovative and effective.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in community management, social media management, or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Passion for building and nurturing relationships with people.
  • Experience in brand management is a plus.
