Responsibilities:

Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the objectives of the project.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the project requirements and brand guidelines.
Design visual content for various marketing materials including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, social media posts, and presentations.
Create and execute designs for digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Produce highquality graphics and layouts within tight deadlines.
Amend designs based on feedback from stakeholders to ensure the final product meets their needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into design projects.
Use various design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create graphics and layouts.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.
Maintain an organized archive of design assets and files for future reference.

Requirements:

Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions.
Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).
Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency is a plus.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is an advantage.
A passion for design and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Pay:
