Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Handle daytoday accounting activities, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain financial documents, such as invoices, bills, and vouchers.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, monthly and annual reports.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable activities, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.
  • Conduct periodic audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather financial information and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Support the finance team in tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial data for audits and liaise with auditors.
  • Stay up to date with changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is advantageous.
