Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Perform keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for website optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to make datadriven improvements.
  • Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI, including keyword research and A/B testing.
  • Analyze and report on ad performance, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Create engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video content.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
  • Ensure the team meets KPIs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.
  • Communicate marketing strategies and results to management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with the team to ensure successful project execution

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
  • Strong analytical and datadriven mindset.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Google Ads and SEO certifications are a plus.
