VIRTUAL PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Location :
Remote Job

Job timings : 10 am to 7 pm

Experience : 1-3 yrs


Salary :
Upto 4 LPA


Qualification :
Any Graduate


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain an organized calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across different time zones.
  • Conduct research on various topics and compile relevant information into concise reports.
  • Assist with document preparation, including drafting, editing, and formatting documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Keep digital files and documents organized and easily accessible for team members.
  • Monitor project timelines and help ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and manage financial records, if required.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor your support accordingly.
  • Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Maintain concierge
  • Handling travel arrangements, booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and ensuring that all travel plans are wellcoordinated.
  • Carrying out Asset procurements as per requirement raised
  • Coordinating and arranging corporate/personalized gifts
  • Coordinating for Insurance Claims
  • Basic IT Management : Help with basic ITrelated tasks, such as setting up virtual meetings and troubleshooting minor technical issues.

Requirements:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Research & decisionmaking ability.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Resourcefulness and problemsolving abilities to address challenges that may arise.
  • Selfmotivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment and using technology for seamless collaboration.
  • A commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and maintaining a positive client relationship.
