The Support Executive will be the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience with our payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for payment platforms and troubleshoot any issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Conduct client training sessions on payment system usage.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions.
- Gather and relay client feedback to improve our payment solutions.
- Ensure highquality support services to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in payments or related fields.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with payment systems and technology.
- Proficiency in using support tools and software.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
