    We at ZURU develop the ZURUHome app, a BIM software meant for the general public, architects, and engineers, from here anyone can buy, design, and send to manufacturing any type of building with complete design freedom. Welcome to the future

    What are you Going to do?

    Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and microservices using Go.

    Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

    Implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the software.

    Collaborate with the engineering team to define system architecture and technical requirements.

    Provide input and expertise in architectural decisions and design reviews.

    Optimize the performance and scalability of existing systems and propose improvements.

    Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing among team members.

    Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

    Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.

    Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize system components.

    Document software designs, architecture, and technical decisions.

    Create and maintain documentation for APIs and internal systems.

    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software products.

    Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Go programming language and related technologies.

    Share knowledge and best practices with the development team.

    What are we Looking for?

    3+ years of experience as a Golang Developer.

    bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

    Strong knowledge of Go programming language and Go ecosystem.

    Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

    Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker.

    Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching systems, and message queues.

    Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git).

    Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

    Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    Experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
