Roles and Responsibility

  • Your responsibilities would include
  • Create scalable and automated solutions for problems.
  • Write well tested, autotestable, autodeployable code.
  • Own complex enough pieces and modules of the project.
  • On a typical day you would
  • Take the project ahead on the technical goals.
  • Mentor the other relatively junior members of the team.
  • Help in growing your team and other teams in the organization by
- participating in the Hiring activities.

About your work and team

  • You will work in a team of senior and junior Developers, helped by a Scrum
  • Master to manage the agile ceremonies, working towards quarterly (rolling to
- annual) targets of the business for the Product and Business owners. The
- offshore and onshore Software Architects will help you and the team align
- your suggestions on the technical architectures you propose. You will report
- to the Team Lead Java Full-Stack for regular professional growth.

  • You are eligible for this role if you are
  • Graduate or above in CS or other Engineering/Computing streams.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development and programming.
  • You must have
  • Good skills in Problem Solving, Analytical thinking, Data Structures and
  • Algorithms.
  • Excellent handson coding in Java, SpringBoot, microservices, with crisp
- understanding of the development process using Git and code reviews.

  • Excellent hands on development using Angular.
  • Indepth understanding of Javascript, CSS, HTML.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team Player attitude with willingness to lead wherever necessary.
  • It will be nice if you have
  • Passport to travel on need basis in a suitable environment. Better still if
- you have a valid US Business Visa.

  • Working knowledge of Cloud (Azure/Google Cloud/AWS).
  • Working knowledge of Databases (SQL/NoSQL), Caches and Event
  • Driven Systems.
