- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
- Should be able to Translate the business requirements into products.
- Analyses Business requirement and develop detailed requirement specification.
- Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
- Contacting existing clients as well as prospective clients using scripts.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse/interpret Clients requirement and provide information about the services.
- Ability to explain the business requirements to technology teams.
- Effective time management with the ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
