Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

Machine Setup and Operation:


  • Set up CNC machines according to job specifications, including loading materials and tooling.
  • Operate CNC machines to produce parts and components with precision and accuracy.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality.

Quality Control:


  • Inspect finished parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and quality standards.
  • Perform inprocess inspections and measurements to maintain quality throughout the production process.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with machine operation or product quality.

Tooling and Maintenance:


  • Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures for each job.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Safety and Compliance:


  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while operating CNC machines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
  • Ability to use precision measuring tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge of CNC programming and Gcode is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Offered CTC:
Commensurate with experience


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
