As our **Designer

Productization**, you will aim to build and ideate apart from improving the way that existing products work and look and/or produce them in cost effective ways. You will design and create products relating to design innovations. You will discuss designs with colleagues and clients, as well as working closely with engineers, model makers, sales and marketing staff and other skilled people. They use drawings, 3D models and computer designs to express their ideas. They should understand technology, production methods and materials, and be able to meet deadlines and work within budgets.

Your responsibilities not limited to are as mentioned below:

Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming.
Suggest improvements to design and performance to product engineers.
Create design concepts and drawings to determine the best product.
Employ design concepts into functional prototypes.
Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into

design concepts.

Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
Coordinate with designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the

design phase.

Involved in researching similar products and developing ideas.
Producing reports and presenting their ideas to colleagues and clients at various stages

of the design process.

Modifying their ideas according to the feedback they receive at these sessions
Making presentations to potential clients to win new contracts.
The product designer is involved in researching markets and consumer trends.
Master in building innovative products and pioneer initiatives in productization and

customization.

Requirements:

What we expect:

You are an Interior Designer with a minimum of 35 years of experience.
You have relevant experience of working on Corporate Interiors/Workplace design projects & managing a team
You have a strong design sensibility and the technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution.
You are a team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile
You have multitasking ability, with time management and organizational skills.
You have a registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
You have an excellent knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop
