Job Title:
International Telecaller
McLine Studios is a leading architectural firm that designs and delivers innovative and sustainable architectural projects.

We are seeking an International Telecaller who is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, can identify new business opportunities, and develop relationships with potential clients.


Responsibility:


  • Manage inbound and outbound calls promptly and take appropriate action for each call.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Respond to clients' inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct effective cold calling to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the company's services to go offscript when necessary.

Requirements:


  • Exceptional command over English in Verbal and written both.
  • Problem-Solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  • Experience in working with US clients.

Additional Information:


  • This position is fulltime and requires availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
