Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business processes, pain points, and objectives.
- Develop and present customized BPO solutions tailored to clients' specific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Skills
- Should have 3+ yrs. of experience.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the BPO or related industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of BPO services and industry trends
- Ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
