Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Grooming standards as per company policy
  • Possesses a high standard of personal image in compliance with corporate guidelines for grooming and the dress code of Brand. Bring the brand personality to life instore.
  • Adherence to the call cycle
  • Maintain Shelf Health & hygiene standards
  • Maintaining primary bay such as planogram implementation, adherence to POSM implementation guidelines and housekeeping standards according to company.
  • Handle prepared food items for sampling in an appropriate manner.
  • Contribute to food safety in retail environment
  • Knows and applies FEFO principle
  • Remove expired and damaged products from shelf
  • Replenish shelf, if empty
  • Processes stock efficiently, keeping the shop fully stocked & properly presented to visual standards.
  • Aware of GM food categories, product knowledge, product identification and specification
  • Achievement of total offtake targets
  • Enter data in HHT as per requirements
  • Ensures an excellent level of customer interaction is maintained

Salary:
Up to ₹12,977.00 per month

  • Day shift

Education:


  • Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
