While they have a global presence, their equipment is specifically designed for Indian conditions and usage patterns, according to their website.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and distribute leads to the sales team.
  • Manage customer relationship management (CRM) software and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Generate sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for sales representatives.
  • Assist with sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Process sales orders and invoices.
  • Track sales performance metrics and generate reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Research and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales support role or a related field (e.g., customer service).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and resourceful problemsolver.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
