Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through all stages of the process, from initial contact through to completion and postcompletion followup.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by regularly communicating with clients to understand their needs, addressing any concerns or issues that arise, and providing solutions to problems.
  • Manage customer expectations by clearly communicating the scope, timeline, and budget of each project, and ensuring that customers are informed of any changes or delays.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that customer needs are met and that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:


  • Any Degree
  • 23 years of experience preferably in customer service.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Pay:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)

  • Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

  • English (required)
