Role:
Customer Support Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing tasks assigned as per defined process SLA and providing
- Meeting individual KRAs through productivity, accuracy, product
- Understanding client requirement and resolving queries through chats.
- Adhering to company compliances and policies
Skills Required:
- Versant score of 55 + at hiring stage
- Typing speed of wpm with accuracy of 90% +
- Weekend + 24 / 7 shift model + split weekly off working module
Qualifications & Experience:
- Fresher or 2 years of experience into International Process
- Any Undergraduate or Graduate

Pune

Salary:
From ₹23,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
