Role Description
6A_Assistant Director

Technical Project Manager (TPM) at Incedo is responsible for the delivery of digital projects for multiple customers.

They are responsible for all aspects of a project including project management, customer interaction, setting and meeting project goals, requirement definition and documentation, and issue resolution.

The PM will prioritize, oversee, and ensure quality for the work of digital engineers, data scientists, and SDET assigned to the projects.

Role and responsibilities

Successfully planned and executed enterprise projects that could be AWS projects thru completion
Demonstrated experience in defining project success metrics
Deep understanding of Software development lifecycle, preferably for Cloud/AWS projects
Posses handson experience in software methodologies like Scrum, Agile, etc
Experience mentoring, coaching and developing team members in cross domain skills
Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decisionmaking and supervising project teams

Technical skills requirements
years' experience in program management

Good understanding of DevOps and cloud infrastructure
Ability to communicate effectively with software engineers

Nice-to-have skills

Experience working in programs that involve data platforms (preferred)

Qualifications:

years' experience in program management

B.Tech., M.Tech. or MCA degree from a reputed university
