Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Quality Lab for checks of incoming Raw Materials_
  • Process Quality Assurance_
  • Lead QIPs for different sections of the plant_
  • Work with procurement teams to ensure right quality of raw materials and packing materials_
  • Work with engineering and production teams to develop Quality Kaizens_
  • Understand the requirement for Quality Control Points & Critical Control Points_
  • Liaise with external stakeholders for QA related statutory needs such as FDA Authorities, Weights & Measures etc_
  • Ensure compliance to different codes, standards and applicable acts_
  • Loading Quality on the shopfloor_
  • Leading Quality Assessment at external warehouses, copackers, jobworkers_
